It was reported that the Yangikurgan District Court for Criminal Cases considered the issue of applying a preventive measure against a school teacher, born in 1973, suspected of committing a serious crime against a girl born in 2013.
According to the court's decision on March 30, 2026, the prosecutor's request was satisfied, a preventive measure in the form of detention was applied against the suspect, and he was placed in a pre-trial detention facility.
