The new curriculum has also included training sessions for assembling and disassembling weapons without ammunition.

Deputy Defense Minister Thomas Godlevskis explained this initiative as strengthening the country's defense capability.

"Lithuania takes this issue very seriously because it borders Russia and Belarus," he says.

Earlier, Poland also introduced weapons assembly and shooting training as a compulsory lesson in the curriculum for students.
