Tashkent city, Uchtepa district — The rights of underage children were once again ensured. As a result of enforcement actions carried out by the Uchtepa district department of the bureau, the full alimony amount of 58 million 700 thousand 631 soums was collected from the debtor citizen D.A. in favor of the Tajikistani recipient woman B.Kh.
According to the court ruling, on November 26, 2021, the Uchtepa Interdistrict Civil Court ordered D.A. to pay alimony amounting to one-third of his monthly income for the support of his two underage children. However, he had been avoiding payments for his children under various pretexts.
It should be noted that the recipient B.Kh., while residing in her home country of Tajikistan, had agreed with the debtor to transfer the monthly alimony payments in an agreed manner. However, the citizen, who neglected his paternal responsibilities, failed to fulfill this agreement.
