The Migration Agency announced that Willer Express has expressed interest in recruiting drivers from Uzbekistan. The project will also be implemented in cooperation with Onodera User Run.
According to a tripartite agreement, a driver training system will be introduced in the country. A modern training ground will be built in Tashkent city, and practical training will be conducted on right-hand drive buses imported from Japan.
Program participants will have the opportunity to work in Japan for up to 5 years, gaining experience in safety and service during this time. Subsequently, they can return to Uzbekistan and apply their enhanced skills in the local sector.
It is noted that Uzbek specialists are highly regarded as disciplined and hardworking personnel. In the future, there are plans to expand this project not only in the capital but also in other regions.
