According to information from the "atv" television channel, a 36-year-old Uzbek woman in Istanbul met a 56-year-old man named Recep Ünder and, over time, took money from him under various pretexts. According to the man, the woman cited issues with her children and housing as urgent reasons and received funds from him several times.
According to Ünder's statement, he spent a total of approximately 900 thousand Turkish liras (roughly 20 thousand dollars) during the relationship. It is reported that the woman convinced him with promises of marriage.
According to the man, their relationship ended in February 2026. No official statement has been made by authorities regarding this situation yet.
