Individuals involved in the trade of potent drugs have been apprehended in the Kashkadarya and Andijan regions. This was reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor's Office.
It is reported that during an operational event in the city of Karshi, citizen Z.K. was caught red-handed while selling 29 capsules and 60 units of a potent drug called "Gabaten" for 500 US dollars.
Furthermore, during an operation in the Ulugnor district of Andijan region, citizen J.A. was apprehended while selling 4 units of "Regapen" and 1 unit of "Tropicamide" drugs, manufactured abroad, to citizen M.Kh. for 670 thousand soums.
Criminal cases have been initiated under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code regarding these incidents. Investigative actions are ongoing.
