According to the findings, on March 31, a conflict arose between 11th-grade students of a general education school — M.M. and B.Sh., born in 2008 — and M.M. struck B.Sh. in the face several times with his hand.
Due to the bodily injuries inflicted, a forensic medical examination was appointed regarding both minors. Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and investigative actions are being carried out.
The necessity of preventing bullying cases in educational institutions and ensuring a safe educational environment was emphasized.
