During a rapid operation in Tashkent, the chief specialist of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services was caught red-handed while taking a bribe. He was apprehended while receiving 1,500 US dollars from the head of an HOA servicing multi-story buildings.
It is reported that the suspect had demanded a total of 2,200 dollars to transfer the service for six houses in Yunusabad district from one HOA to another. He promised to formalize this process through the "My House" platform.
At the moment of arrest, he attempted to flee but was detained by the rapid response officers.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident, and investigative actions are being carried out.
