A court verdict was read against a person who committed lewd acts towards underage girls at the Magic Safari park in Tashkent. According to court documents, Sh.Y., born in 1979 in Bukhara region, on February 24, 2026, in a park in the Yangihayot district, uttered shameless words humiliating the honor and dignity of girls, watched them, and committed lewd acts of a lustful nature.
He also disobeyed the lawful demands of internal affairs officers, insulted them, and attempted to flee. The Yangihayot district court on criminal cases found him guilty under Articles 41-1 and 194 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and imposed a fine of 2 million 60 thousand soums and 5 days of administrative arrest.
Nodira Hakimova emphasized that such cases should be assessed as criminal and that it is necessary to strengthen punishment for such actions committed against minors. According to her, in such cases now, the prosecutor's office will establish additional oversight, and if there are signs of a crime, the case will be considered under criminal procedure.
