Driving school employees promised citizens to pass them in exams for money.

According to the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, in the city of Kattakurgan, a master at the "N.I." LLC driving school promised two citizens to officially certify that they had completed the training course at this driving school in order to obtain driver's licenses of categories "B" and "C". He was caught red-handed while receiving $1,400.

During an operational event held in the city of Khiva, an employee of the "H.A." LLC driving school was detained while receiving $800 and 2.4 million soums from a citizen, having promised to pass him in the exam at the State Road Safety Service through acquaintances.

Regarding these cases, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Articles 28 and 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
