According to inspection information, in the past two years, 17 employees in preschools and schools under the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education have suffered serious bodily injuries, and two more employees have died.
According to analyses, while 12 accidents were recorded in 2024, their number reached 20 in 2025. The inspection explained these situations by non-compliance with labor protection rules, a shortage of qualified specialists, and weak oversight.
Furthermore, the ministry and system organizations were given instructions to review occupational safety measures, appoint responsible specialists, and increase the accountability of managers. Failure to comply with legal requirements may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
