Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov was reportedly fired after his critical statement about Central Asian countries, according to "Strategic Focus: LIVE".
It notes that the "Russia-1" TV channel temporarily replaced Vladimir Solovyov's program "Vecher s Vladimirom Solovyovym" (Evening with Vladimir Solovyov) in its broadcast schedule with a series.
At the same time, the morning broadcasts on "Komsomolskaya Pravda" radio, in which Solovyov previously participated, are now being conducted with other journalists.
Following these changes, a number of Russian mass media outlets spread news about Solovyov's possible resignation.
"The order for Solovyov's dismissal was given by Alexey Gromov, First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration," the report says.
