President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was briefed on the ongoing work regarding the organization and conduct of measures for the registration of the population and agriculture.

This measure is of great importance for the scientifically based planning of demographic processes, labor resources, social infrastructure, and territorial development in our country. The registration processes are being carried out based on international standards, utilizing modern digital solutions.

The registration is being conducted in two stages from January 15 to February 28 of the current year. During the first stage, lasting from January 15 to 31, citizens can register online through a special information system. In the second stage, from February 4 to 28, "mahalla seven" employees will go door-to-door to fill out questionnaires using tablet devices.

The population registration processes are being carried out on the census.stat.uz portal, with identification planned through the OneID system. All data is being monitored based on a geoinformation system. For this purpose, geolocations for over 7.6 million households and residences across the republic have been formed, and special monitoring dashboards have been developed, allowing for real-time tracking of the processes.

All information provided by citizens is protected in accordance with legal requirements, personal data is kept confidential and used solely for statistical purposes.

To conduct the registration measures at a high level, 14 regional and 208 district and city headquarters have been established. Nearly 60,000 registrars have been trained. This includes 54,000 representatives of the "mahalla seven," 2,600 reserve personnel, and 4,000 members of regional headquarters involved in the process. Furthermore, 480 trainers from ministries and agencies, and 3,200 volunteers from higher education institutions have undergone training.

Special attention is also being paid to public awareness and outreach work. In particular, 110 promotional videos and 600 television banners have been prepared, with 6.3 thousand information materials placed on social networks and over 23 thousand in crowded public places and on public transport.

As noted, to date, 2.48 million households and 31 thousand farms and agricultural enterprises have been registered through the special portal.

The head of our state emphasized the importance of conducting the population and agricultural registration measures with high quality, ensuring the reliability of the data, and widely utilizing it in decision-making processes.
