This document sets out the aim of exchanging experience in the fields of production, education, and scientific research, implementing promising joint projects in the direction of mining electromechanics, and introducing innovative technologies into the educational process in collaboration with Chinese scientists.
Furthermore, agreements were reached on training and retraining personnel for the structural divisions of "CONCH Cement," improving the qualifications of company employees, and carrying out joint scientific research and experimental design work based at the Almalyk State Technical Institute.
In this regard, proposals were also put forward on a number of topics, such as training specialists in promising fields for the enterprise, organizing internship programs in China and other foreign countries for students and professors, and conducting scientific research on the enterprise's pressing problems.
As emphasized, all of this is aimed at the paramount goal set by the Head of our State in his Decree for this higher education institution - to create a world-class advanced engineering school specializing in geology, metallurgy, and technology at the Institute.
Today, China's "CONCH Cement" company, encompassing hundreds of enterprises worldwide producing cement and construction materials, is considered one of the largest representatives in the mining industry. It produces several hundred million tons of products annually and exports to 20 countries around the world.
