In Tashkent, a pedestrian died at the scene of an accident where a bus and a Haval collided.

On Mirzo Ulugbek Street, the pedestrian who had been knocked to the opposite side of the road in the RTI that occurred at night was also run over by a Haval in the bus impact.

On the evening of December 9, in the Mirabad district of Tashkent city, a Yutong-branded electric bus hit a pedestrian who was crossing at an unregulated crosswalk. The impact caused the pedestrian to fall into the opposite lane, where they were subsequently struck by a Haval-branded car.

As a result of the incident, the pedestrian died at the scene from the bodily injuries sustained. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code regarding the situation, and the investigation is ongoing.

The City DIA called on all traffic participants to strictly adhere to the rules. Previously, two Uzbek nationals had also died in an RTA that occurred in Kazakhstan's Aktobe region.
