According to a report from the State Security Service, in a case observed in Surxondaryo Region, the deputy head of the Jarqo'rghon District Department for the Enforcement of Court Decisions and a state executor, exploiting their official positions, were caught red-handed by State Security Service officers while receiving 600 US dollars to illegally lift a travel ban imposed on a citizen in 1993 within the framework of an enforcement case being processed by the department, and also while receiving 10 million soums in exchange for not putting the land plots of a farm specialized in cotton and grain production up for auction sales within the framework of an enforcement case conducted against the farm.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against these individuals under Part 3, clause "v" of Article 168 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
