A new study analyzing the "bio" data of more than 88,000 people found that those with poor sleep quality were observed to have 172 different types of diseases, ranging from asthma to stroke.

According to experts, if a person has sleep-related bad habits, the risk of developing at least 92 diseases increases by 20 percent.

For example, in those who regularly go to bed after 00:30 at night, the likelihood of liver cirrhosis increases by 257 percent, while sharp changes in sleep patterns increase the risk of gangrene by 261 percent.

At the same time, it was also emphasized that if a person goes to bed by 01:00 and sleeps at least 7 hours in the morning, the negative consequences of late sleep can be reduced.
