"Why has so much authority been given to the Inspection Authority? Instead of just bringing whatever is given to them so they look good to the ministers, why don't they investigate the issues and propose punishments for the guilty?", – says Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Therefore, it has been decided to create an absolutely new system for strengthening executive discipline and working with public issues:
— From now on, the Chamber of Accounts will be responsible for executive discipline, its powers will be expanded.
— From now on, the Chamber of Accounts will not only monitor the proper use of allocated funds but also study what results have been achieved and how satisfied the population is with those results.
— The chairman of the chamber will analyze the effectiveness of each decision made, identify weak points, "lagging" leaders and failing systems, and submit his proposal to the President every month.
