The government decision (No. 317, May 13, 2025) approved the regulations on "The procedure for allocating grants, subsidies, credits, and leasing from the Fund for Supporting the Activities of Peasant Farms and Private Landowners under the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan". This was reported by the Ministry of Justice.
The regulations define the procedure for allocating grants, subsidies, credits, and leasing from the funds of the Support Fund for Peasant Farms and Private Landowners.
The following are considered types of financial support from the fund:
▪️allocating grants in an amount not exceeding 100 times the minimum wage for the best example and innovative project implemented in one household plot in each of 500 neighborhoods annually;
▪️allocating subsidies up to 15 times the minimum wage for each course to cover the expenses related to organizing short-term training courses by master farmers;
▪️allocating subsidies up to 100 million sums for master farmers who have established the production of export-worthy products in the household plots of 50 percent of households in a certain neighborhood;
The regional labor body will study the establishment of the production of export-worthy products in the household plots of 50 percent of households in the neighborhood based on the results of the survey conducted by the "neighborhood audit" team.
Within ten working days, the ministry studies the proposals and selects master farmers who will establish the production of export-worthy products in the household plots of 50 percent of the households in the neighborhood.
The regional labor body transfers the subsidy to the bank cards of the master farmers on the "Online Mahalla" electronic platform within one working day.
