The medical certificate in form 086 can now be obtained online.

In Uzbekistan, it has become possible to officially obtain medical certificate form 086 free of charge and online through the my.gov.uz portal.

Now citizens no longer have to go to polyclinics several times and wait in line — the service has been fully digitized.

This certificate is required for those entering higher education institutions, those starting a job, athletes, candidates for judges, as well as those receiving referrals to "Muruvvat" and "Sakhovat" homes.

To obtain the document, the relevant service is selected in the "Healthcare" section of the portal, and the ready certificate is downloaded.

At the same time, it is noted that the certificate is generated only after a medical examination has been completed.
