A total of 94 talented students from Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan are participating. The young people are testing their knowledge and skills in biology.
The goal of the olympiad is to promote the heritage of ancestors at the international level and to support talented youth.
The competition is held in two stages: laboratory and written work. At the end, the winners will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Within the framework of the event, master classes and excursions to the historical sites of Namangan are also organized. The olympiad also serves as preparation for the international stage to be held in Lithuania in July.
