The governor of Russia's Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, has accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of violating the Easter truce. He wrote about this on his Telegram channel on April 11.

According to him, a Ukrainian drone attacked a fuel depot in the city of Lgov, resulting in three people being injured, including a one-year-old child. Khinshtein claimed the drone strike occurred after 4:00 PM local time on April 11, i.e., when the Easter truce had come into effect on the front. However, he did not provide evidence for this claim.

Also, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that two civilians were wounded as a result of being shelled by Ukraine in the border town of Shebekino. He also reported this on his Telegram channel. The Russian-installed administration of Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson region also reported that the city was shelled by Ukrainian forces and that one civilian was wounded.

Ukrainian media, however, write that Russian troops also violated the truce by striking the right bank of the Kherson region with multiple launch rocket systems. Also, in the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions, an air raid alert was declared due to the threat of drone attacks after the truce began.

At the same time, Ukraine's "Exilenova+" monitoring channel, citing its sources, emphasized that the truce "is indeed holding in most parts of the front." According to the channel's authors, reconnaissance drones are flying on both sides and they are shooting each other down.

According to the Kremlin's proposal, the Easter truce lasts from 4:00 PM on April 11 until the end of April 12. The President of Ukraine stated that information had been conveyed to the Russian side about the possibility of continuing the ceasefire regime after Easter.
