Earlier, we reported that the governor of Karmana district had made teachers stand for an hour in a meeting at the administration. After this situation caused widespread discussions on social networks, Rasul Kusherbaev expressed his attitude towards this situation.

"Our people have a saying that a teacher is as great as a father. The governor of Karmana district, day and night, takes great people like fathers, i.e., teachers, from school by stuffing them into a bus, brings them to the administration, and forces the teachers to stand for an hour participating in the meeting. As if this would improve the quality of education. Why did the esteemed governor do this? Because if he goes to a school, the school students studying there cannot recite poems for him. This esteemed governor wanted to hear poems, poems praising him, and because they couldn't recite them, he punished the teachers in this way.

This governor is the president's representative on the ground. Do you see the condition of the president's representative? This shows how flawed the personnel system is. It shows how deep the crisis has become. People who lack such foresight are also coming to positions.

The governor should actually go to the school and ask about the condition of the school, whether the desks are sufficient or not, if the electricity is out, if the roads leading to the school are good, if the bridges leading to the school are in a suitable condition.

First, take your father, your mother to an administration meeting and make them stand on their feet for an hour. Let them listen to you. Would you allow that for your parents? If you would allow it for your parents, then do the same to a teacher!

At one time, we humiliated teachers, took them out to pick cotton, took them out to harvest corn, took them out to clean roads. At that time, we were cut off from education and here is the result of that. The generation from that time has now grown up and is sitting in positions," says Kusherbaev.

We remind you that Rasul Kusherbaev had earlier expressed his critical views regarding the Tashkent city mayor as well.
