It was noted that on average, 319 appeals per 10,000 people are being received in the country, and in some regions this indicator is significantly higher. The head of state emphasized the necessity not only of responding to appeals but also of identifying the root causes of problems and resolving them systematically.
Furthermore, it was established that People's Reception Offices should be transformed not merely into institutions that accept applications, but into centers that analyze problems in the regions. According to the President's instruction, a separate cabinet will be opened in the President's Virtual Reception Office for each neighborhood, and the rating of state bodies on working with appeals will be announced every 6 months.
