Two men who were constantly slaughtering dogs in the city of Angren, Tashkent region, have been detained. Local sources reported this.
It is reported that the incident was identified on February 27. A video spread on social networks showed two individuals slaughtering dogs. It was later revealed that they had been regularly carrying out such acts.
Citizens who learned of the incident immediately appealed to the internal affairs authorities. Subsequently, the individuals were identified by law enforcement agencies, and relevant documents were formalized against them.
According to the ruling of the Angren city court, they were found guilty under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility — cruel treatment of animals, and were sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
