According to legislation, the Chairman of the Council annually submits a report to the President on factors impeding fair trial and on the state of the fight against corruption in the judicial system. The President's Address on December 26, 2025, emphasized that since an "extraordinary situation" in the fight against corruption had been declared, the judicial system must set an example in this regard.

It was reported that in 2025, 135 candidates were appointed as judges for the first time, 286 judges were reappointed, and a corps of 241 investigative judges was formed. At the same time, the terms of 59 judges were terminated early, 19 were dismissed for violating the oath and code of ethics, and 3 judges were held criminally liable. 266 judges were held disciplinarily liable.

Regarding instances of interference in court activities, 5 submissions were made to the Prosecutor General's Office. Furthermore, over 6,000 orders were reviewed, and it was found and rectified that 231 orders assigned judges duties unrelated to fair trial.

The meeting put forward proposals such as introducing the institution of "court administration," forming a disciplinary panel of judges, implementing property declaration for judges and their family members, and establishing comprehensive oversight within the court apparatus. The issue of ensuring gender equality in the judicial system was also discussed.

Supporting the initiatives put forward by the President, recommendations were made to continue systematic work on strengthening the independence of the judiciary and the inviolability of judges.
