According to information, in 2025, courts reviewed a total of over 63 thousand criminal cases. As a result, court sentences were issued against 63,340 individuals.

Of those convicted, 18,816 were deprived of liberty, while 43,531 individuals were assigned other types of punishments. Additionally, 993 individuals received conditional sentences.

Among the convicted, 55,829 are men and 7,511 are women. 23,973 of them are youth, of which 2,431 are considered minors. Furthermore, 2,830 convicted individuals are over 60 years old.

At the same time, during the year, 422 individuals were acquitted, and 13,224 citizens were exempted from criminal liability on the basis of reconciliation.

The highest number of criminal cases were recorded in Tashkent city, and Fergana, Tashkent, Samarkand, and Namangan regions.
