"The Initiative Budget" for the first season of 2026 is beginning. Tonight, from January 31st to February 1st, at 00:00, under the slogan "Initiative for the People — A Season of New Opportunities," the first season of the "Initiative Budget" process for 2026 will begin.
This season is considered the tenth — anniversary season held since the "Initiative Budget" process was implemented.
For information, according to the results of the traditional voting stage, the winning projects will be announced on March 21st — the day of the Navruz holiday.
Please note, starting from 2026, within the framework of the "Initiative Budget," the practice of co-financing projects on a partnership basis will be implemented.
In this case, if citizens finance 50 percent of the project's value, the remaining part will be allocated from the state budget, and the said project will automatically be considered a winner. Voting is not required for partnership projects.
It should be noted that implementing projects on a partnership basis within the co-financing practice is completely voluntary.
