Mikheev, who spoke on the "Evening with Vladimir Solovyov" show, emphasized that Russia has been supporting regional states for many years, but this situation has led to their "overindulgence." According to him, the policy towards post-Soviet countries needs to be reconsidered.
He expressed dissatisfaction that Russia is solving many problems in labor migration, financial aid, and other areas, yet is still viewed as a "debtor." Mikheev compared this situation to the events in Ukraine and indicated that similar mistakes should not be repeated.
The show's host, Vladimir Solovyov, also supported these views, saying Moscow had "spoiled" the regional states and emphasized the need for them to "know their place."
Earlier, Solovyov referred to Central Asia as Russia's strategic territory and stated that Moscow could conduct a "special military operation" similar to the one in Ukraine in this region to "ensure national security."
