The meeting chaired by the head of state noted that instability in international relations, regional contradictions, and global economic transformations require a new, active, and results-oriented approach in foreign policy.
As the President emphasized, the new concept must comprehensively reflect Uzbekistan's long-term strategic goals, the logic of internal reforms, as well as national interests in the areas of economic diplomacy, security, investment, export, transport-logistics, water, and climate.
Furthermore, it is planned to allocate additional funds to embassies to intensify their activities. To duly recognize the work of diplomats, it was proposed to introduce the honorary title "Honored Diplomat of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
