One of the general changes has been the widespread implementation of energy-saving measures at the household level.
The most widespread practice has been the installation of LED lighting fixtures, with 87% of households having switched to LED lighting, while in certain regions such as the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Navoi, and Tashkent provinces, the number of such families has exceeded 90%.
Furthermore, interest in utilizing renewable energy sources is growing.
Analysis shows that among the population, there is demand for installing solar panels in approximately 1.9 million households, which opens prospects for forming a domestic market worth over 2.3 billion dollars.
Thus, the measures being implemented in our country to increase energy efficiency are serving as an important factor in ensuring economic growth. In a word, thrift must become a value and a habit.
