A road traffic incident occurred in the Sergeli district of Tashkent city. The Information Service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital reported on this.
Reportedly, on January 7 of this year at 16:50, on Qipchoq street, a driver of a BYD brand vehicle, moving at a red prohibitory traffic light, collided with a Nexia-3 brand vehicle that was reversing from a secondary road. Subsequently, it also struck a stationary Cobalt brand car.
It is noted that the individual driving the BYD vehicle did not have a driver's license and lacked the skill to operate the vehicle. After the collision, he panicked, moved a short distance, and stopped. The driver did not leave the scene of the incident.
There were no casualties as a result of the road traffic incident.
Currently, investigative work regarding this situation is being carried out by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.
Internal affairs organs are calling on all road traffic participants to strictly adhere to the rules.
