According to the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs, on January 6 at approximately 18:50, an unknown man committed shameless, depraved acts against a woman born in 1996 in a tunnel on Lutfi Street in Uchtepa district and fled the scene.
As a result of urgent investigative measures carried out regarding the incident, the suspect was identified as V. Andrey, born in 1993, and was detained by employees of internal affairs bodies. Currently, pre-investigation checks are being conducted by the Uchtepa District DIA Investigation Department.
The DIA called on citizens who have suffered from the unlawful actions of this individual to contact them via the short number 102 or the phone number 71-231-95-20.
