In early December 2025, reports spread on social networks about money being withdrawn from bank cards linked to the Humans app without the users' consent. The Central Bank provided information regarding the situation related to the company Humans LLC.
It was reported that, based on an order from the Central Bank, a working group was formed and an inspection was carried out at "Octagram" JSC, which provided payment services to the Humans company. The inspection report was submitted to the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs for legal assessment and taking measures.
Representatives of Humans stated that the money was withdrawn by fraudsters on December 4-8. The company emphasized its innocence, stating that the problem arose due to a technical error by the Paylov service. However, Paylov claimed that the fraudulent operations were carried out by Humans.
We remind you that on October 14, 2025, the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court declared the Humans company bankrupt and initiated the process of its liquidation without suspending its activities.
To protect the rights of citizens, the Central Bank asks to contact law enforcement agencies regarding the situation related to Humans.
