According to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, based on the relevant statement of the State Commission, the deadline for implementing contract payments for students admitted to higher education institutions in the 2025/2026 academic year and formalizing their enrollment has been set for January 31, 2026 (inclusive).
It is noted that within the framework of the admission parameters, applicants recommended for study under the basic payment-contract form must pay at least 50 percent of the annual tuition fee. Similarly, those who have expressed a desire to study on a tiered (super) payment-contract basis are also required to fulfill at least 50 percent of the established annual payment.
For information, according to the current procedure, the deadline for contract payments for second and higher-year students can be extended by the head of the higher education institution.
