According to reports, on December 21, around 23:30, a road dispute occurred between drivers of two Cobalt-branded cars on KHAY street in Chilanzor district.
During the conflict, the drivers and passengers engaged in mutual altercations on the roadway, disturbing public order. It was not identified who sought medical help for minor injuries as a result of the incident.
Regarding this situation, the Chilanzor District Department of Internal Affairs officially registered an administrative report under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
