For this, it is necessary to access the DShQ.shaffofqurilish.uz platform created by the Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services. On the site, the area selected by the user, for example, Fergana region or a specific district, is reflected on the interactive map in the form of zones highlighted with distinct colors.
On it, all construction objects are divided into three categories:
red — construction is stopped;
blue — construction is in progress;
black — frozen (cancelled) construction projects.
Users can search for objects by cadastral data, as well as filter by sectors. Illegal construction objects are separately highlighted, and identified violations are indicated. By clicking on each object, it is possible to view its planned development directions, infrastructure changes, and other important information. There is an option to view the map in standard or satellite mode.
Furthermore, by pressing the view QR passport button or scanning the QR code with a phone, it is possible to view documents related to the object and obtain all information through these documents about how many floors the building has, its area, and the funds being spent on it.
It also reflects the date the construction permit was obtained, information about the project and contracting organizations, the numbers of expert conclusions and decisions of the Architecture and Urban Planning Council, and the estimated completion date of the construction works.
Through this platform, it is also possible to determine whether land, a house, or other buildings fall into the red line, i.e., are subject to demolition. For this, it is necessary to enter the object's cadastral number. Its location and information will be displayed on the map. If it falls into the demolition zone, it will appear as follows, meaning a red line will be displayed over it (a road passes through the land where this object is located).
If the master plan of the area has not yet been approved or the object in question has not been entered into the Cadastre Agency's UzCad system, it is currently not possible to see whether land, a house, or other buildings fall into the red line. Once the process is completed, it can be determined without issue.
It will also be possible to view the seismic rating of objects on the map.
