According to the report, the cheapest cost to prepare 1 kg of pilaf was recorded in the Republic of Karakalpakstan (98,100 soums), while the most expensive was in Tashkent city (116,100 soums). Costs by region vary from 104,000 to 115,000 soums.

Syrdarya region — 104,100 soums

Andijan region — 105,800 soums

Khorezm region — 106,600 soums

Bukhara region — 107,500 soums

Namangan region — 108,600 soums
