The National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change sent a special notice to all construction organizations in the republic, stating that the established requirements for protecting atmospheric air at construction sites must be unconditionally met.
The letter states that at facilities with an area larger than 500 sq.m, it is absolutely forbidden for special vehicle wheels to exit onto roads without being washed.
According to current sanitary rules, it is mandatory to prevent dust generation during the construction process, equip site entrances and exits with water sprayers, organize a washing bay for vehicles, and install dust-preventing barriers.
It was warned that in case of violation of the requirements, the organization's activities may be suspended for up to 10 working days, administrative fines may be applied, or, depending on the situation, criminal liability may be imposed.
