A report has spread on social networks that a daughter-in-law and her accomplices brutally killed a 61-year-old woman for money.
It is noted that the incident occurred in the Ghuzor district of Kashkadarya region. The 23-year-old daughter-in-law caused the death of her mother-in-law, who was like a mother to her, in order to get her hands on money saved up over the years.
On May 25, 2025, a premeditated murder was committed against a 61-year-old woman who was left alone at home.
The daughter-in-law's 32-year-old male accomplice cut off the electricity to the house and turned off the surveillance cameras. Then he strangled the woman to death, took the money, and set the house on fire.
In connection with the incident, the daughter-in-law, her sister, and two men, a total of four people, have been detained. The criminal case is currently being considered in the Ghuzor District Court.
