The Family and Women's Committee announced a draft Presidential Decree proposing to award the Zulfiya State Prize specifically for the field of medicine (medical science).
The draft emphasizes that in recent years, young people, especially talented women, have been actively participating in the ongoing reforms in the medical field, making significant contributions to the development of the healthcare system through research, new treatment methods, preventive programs, and innovative medical technologies. The draft resolution aims to establish the practice of awarding such talented girls who have achieved these successes with the Zulfiya State Prize.
The draft, among other things, resolves issues such as introducing relevant amendments to the Presidential Decree No. PF-2326 of June 10, 1999, "On Supporting Proposals for the Establishment of the Zulfiya State Prize," and defining the sources of funding for the expenses related to awarding the State Prize.
In turn, the Family and Women's Committee is tasked with submitting proposals to the Government within a three-month period regarding the changes and additions to legislative documents arising from this Decree.
