The Ministry of Ecology provided information about this.
It is noted that this competition will be held on the basis of Resolution No. 514 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 16, 2024.
The next stage of the competition will begin on September 1, 2025, and the winners will be determined and duly honored on December 8 — the eve of the day the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted.
The contract fees for the education of the winners' children or grandchildren admitted to state higher education institutions will be paid.
Furthermore, the aims include promoting environmental knowledge and culture among the population, improving the environmentally safe system of waste management, supporting dedicated individuals in the field, and preventing the negative impact of waste on human health and the environment.
