Prompt measures were taken in collaboration with the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the Tax Committee, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, putting an end to the illegal activity.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 169 (theft) and Article 278-9 (illegal mining activity) of the Criminal Code regarding the incident, and investigative actions are ongoing.
