A video has circulated on social media showing an unknown individual jumping onto a car parked at an auto parking lot and driving it away, sparking various discussions. The Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs has provided information regarding this incident.
According to the report, on August 9 of this year, around 08:00, in one of the shopping complexes in Bektemir district, B.K., born in 1991, while intoxicated, climbed onto a "Vaz-2108" car belonging to N.B., born in 1996, from the parking lot wall and damaged its roof. Subsequently, he drove his acquaintance's car within the parking lot area. It was determined that citizen B.K. was not allowed into the shopping complex due to his intoxicated state. As a result of prompt measures taken, citizen B.K. was apprehended.
Regarding this incident, an administrative report has been officially filed against the citizen under Article 200 ("Arbitrariness"), Article 183 ("Petty Hooliganism"), and Article 194 ("Failure to Comply with Lawful Demands of Internal Affairs Officers") of the Administrative Responsibility Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The collected documents have been sent to the Bektemir District Court for Criminal Cases to take legal measures, according to the report.
