According to the information provided by the DXX to Darakchi.uz, an enforcement case was opened against him for failing to submit tax reports on time for the months of November–December 2024 and January–February 2025. However, later, this penalty was canceled by the decision of the Bukhara City Court on Criminal Cases.
Nevertheless, the chief inspector of the Bukhara City Tax Inspectorate demanded $400 USD from the entrepreneur in exchange for lifting the seizure on his property based on this decision.
During an urgent operation conducted by the National Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, the tax officer was caught red-handed while taking a bribe.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against him, and investigative actions are being carried out.
