Videos depicting a group of citizens being deceived by multi-story housing developers have spread on social media. The incident sparked public debate.
According to official information, citizen T.N and others established the LLC “STRONG CITIES” on August 11, 2021, but began constructing a multi-story building on a land plot in the Almazor district without obtaining the necessary legal permits or being registered with the state.
The investigation revealed that during 2023–2024, they entered into contracts with citizens, violated legal requirements by not opening a separate bank account for services, and fraudulently obtained large sums of money.
In connection with this case, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 4, Clause "a" of Article 168 of the Criminal Code. T.Nadir has been placed under arrest as a preventive measure. The investigation is ongoing.
