During the meeting with the youth, the President indicated that regional and district governors must care for every child as their own, always being aware of their health, education, behavior, interests, and dreams, as well as any problems they might face. This was reported by the President's press service.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that if governors establish a continuous dialogue platform with the youth, integrating schools, higher education institutions, training and vocational centers, and entrepreneurs, it would undoubtedly yield results.
"These activities should not become mere campaigns; every young person in each neighborhood must deeply feel the changes every day. Only then will the concepts of uneducated, unemployed, unskilled, in a word, unorganized youth cease to exist in the New Uzbekistan!" — he said.
It is noted that across the republic, there are nearly 15,000 educational and 7,500 vocational training centers. In recent years, they have been granted over 100 privileges and benefits.
The President called on these centers not to be satisfied with the current figures but to expand and increase the number of young people learning modern professions and foreign languages, expressing readiness to create any conditions necessary for this.
In this meeting, the state leader addressed the newly elected neighborhood heads. "Who is responsible for peace, unity, compassion, and a healthy environment in the neighborhood? Primarily, it depends on you. Even a single child going astray should be considered an emergency situation," — he said.
