According to the President's decree as per, the following authorities will be transferred to the local Councils of People's Deputies.
These include:
- setting the minimum rates for lease payments for the use of state-owned immovable property;
- approving the rules for maintaining burial sites and the rates for burial services;
- granting permission to increase or decrease (with the appropriate traffic signs installed) the speed of movement in certain parts of roads.
In the development of the budget project, a certain part of the local budget expenses will be formed based on the direct initiative of the deputies of the local Councils.
Additionally, Youth groups and Advisory groups will be established under local Councils on a community basis.
Furthermore, the “E-Kengash” electronic platform will be continuously improved based on the principle of “convenience - simplicity - security”
