It is noted that a study was conducted on the compliance with the distribution requirements of petroleum products at the fuel station belonging to “L. B.” LLC, located in the Zomin district of Jizzakh region.
During the investigation, it was discovered that at this gas station, petroleum products were being sold to consumers without adhering to the deadlines for the next state calibration of the fuel distribution columns.
In this regard, under Article 43 of Law No. 940 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a fine of 71.4 million Uzbek som (equivalent to 50 percent of the realized value of the sold gasoline) was imposed on this gas station.
