Two individuals were arrested in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region for selling 1 kg of narcotic substances for 10,000 US dollars. This was reported by the Information Service of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
It was noted that a resident of Urgut district was found to be illegally selling 1 gram of narcotic substances to his acquaintances for 130,000 soms.
Based on the obtained information, a person born in 1984, along with an acquaintance born in 1990 also from Urgut district, was arrested while selling 1 kg of narcotic substances for 10,000 US dollars to a citizen acting as a buyer.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under part 5 of article 273 of the Criminal Code, and detention as a precautionary measure has been applied to both citizens.
